HQ 4034, HQ 4036* stroke applicators for InNo-Liner

Even labels of different height are applied in real time onto packages

Various label sizes can be facilitated by a single roll-on pad, linerless materials included.

Labels are reliably rolled spring-mounted onto inclined surfaces. Pads are available in three models for label heights 40 mm to 100 mm, 40 mm to 150 mm, or 40 mm to 210 mm. Labels 50 mm to 105 mm wide or 50 mm to 150 mm wide can be processed.

Labels are sucked by a fan without the use of air support.

A micro vaporizator is directly attached next to the cutter. Nozzles trigger the material's adhesive layer by wetting. In detail, atomized spray is applied from a 6-liter container of distilled water, mixed with air. For labels measuring 100 x 100 mm, water consumption is 0.2 liters per 1000 labels.

A product remains at rest at the moment a label is applied. On further transport, the label is rolled onto the product using rollers below the pad.

Pressure-reducing valve

Pressure-reducing valve

It reduces the pressure exerted by the stroke cylinder to a product.

Pressure-reduced applicator

Pressure-reduced applicator

It has been designed for manual workstations missing a protective cover. The cylinder diameter is reduced to 12 mm.
To prevent from injuries, a safety valve limits compressed air to a maximum of 4.8 bar.

For HQ applicators, this option is available as standard only for the 300 mm stroke length
