In the event of a warranty claim, you will receive a credit note from us. A defective print head will be disposed of by us.

We charge a flat rate of € 72 for checking your printhead, provided it is not a warranty case.

Damage to the print head caused by external influences is excluded from the warranty. This includes, for example, overheating, overvoltage, inadequate or non-existent cleaning, corrosive influences, mechanical damage and unsuitable combinations of consumables.

If it is not a warranty case, we would like to receive the returned printhead freight collect.
