The new development Hermes+ is characterized especially by precisely printing and applying labels in only one step, no matter whether the parts are moving or not. The printers are available with a resolution of 200, 300 and 600 dpi, with left or right print direction. Large label and ribbon stocks reduce set-up times.
Even in the event of really challenging applications, the systems meet all necessary requirements for the mechanical and electrical integration at manual working stations or in automated production lines according to the current machine guidelines.
Hermes+ systems have all international approvals for the worldwide trade.
Operation of the printers is intuitive and user-oriented in the respective language. Fast and easy exchange of label material is guaranteed. The benefit is an improved productivity at low operational and maintenance costs.
As standard version, Hermes+ has all common data interfaces. The internal ABC Compiler enables to convert control sequences of e.g. Zebra, SATO or TEC to be able to integrate the products into an existing environment. No problem to continue using software applications, existing printers and label layouts without any modification. The PC supported cab „Easy Remote“ enables connection to almost all ERP systems.
cab guarantees easy maintenance using standardized assemblies combined with an integrated error diagnosis system for localizing malfunctions or defective parts. This helps to avoid unnecessary downtimes.
