Smooth approach and slow down
The servo system ensures a measured and smooth operation of the weights.
Accurate positioning
Each weight is positioned accurate to the very last millimetre with the clock-pulse generator on the precision spindle.
In-built loading unit
The battery can be recharged anywhere with the rollable power cable.

Lift, lower, turn, pivot and revolve in standard or customer-specific version.
Low-set truck
Solid aluminium frame with polished surface for underriding palettes and storage racks.
Easy single-hand control
The remote panel is attached via helix cable, so that the lift can be operated from each side. The up and down movements are controlled via double-acting tact switch.
Ten programmable stop positions
If the "up" or "down" buttons are pushed as far as they go the load input stops at the next stop position.
Programmable end adjustment
The upper and lower limit can be programmed according to requirements.
Ergonomic steering linkage
The solid steering linkage is applicable and steerable for staff of every size.
Ball-bearing guide roller
With small turning circle for easy and precise manoeuvring. In case of little space the front guide rollers can be exchanged by fixed rollers.

1. Platform P1 / P2 / P3
The platforms made of stainless steel can be lowered to the floor due to the low-set chassis.
2. Plattform P4 / P5
Easy loading an unloading with the loading rollers in longitudinal and transverse direction. All platforms are made of stainless steel.
3. Platform with rolls R1
For loading and unloading of heavy goods up to 100 kg, equipped with rolls and locking bow.
4. Universal platform
Built the same way as P3. Extras: it can be lift up a container can be slid in the movable clevix.
5. V-Block V1
For cylindrical parts up to 600 mm. Only available with platform P1-3 and universal platform.
6. Turning platform
For magazines or containers which have to be rotated by 180 °- additionally to further processing.
7. Bolt D1
For rolls with cores.
